Metro cop sits in the grass just past the Stewart’s Ferry Pike exit, usually running radar from behind the wheel of the cruiser. Due to the terrain, the car is concealed from view by passing motorists until they are past the officer’s position (too late!) I’ve only seen him there mid-day, but it could be worked any time.
