Interstate 410 near Valley Avenue
On highway 410 going towards Sumner, Bonney Lake area Sate Troopers wait for you just as you get onto 410 and past the Valley Ave exit for sumner, they wait a half mile down in a clearing to the right with their guns.

Ticketed in this area (first mile of SR 410) and challenged it. The speed limit on Washington State Routes is 60mph. Entering SR 410 from SR 167 is not marked with a speed limit sign for the first mile; therefore you should assume the speed limit is 60mph. WSP sits within the first mile, just prior to the first speed limit sign (55mph) and cites drivers. Submitted challenge to ticket, with sufficient information and photographs, and the court agreed. Case Dismissed!
