Interstate 44
Coming South on the I-44 turnpike out of Oklahoma, about 10 miles North of the Red River Bridge which crosses over into Texas. The turnpike speed limit is 75 (at that point) but drops to 70 about 2 miles later. OHP sets up shop underneath the last crossover. Busted….because you missed the last posted speed limit sign of 70 and, chances are, you were doing 80 when you missed it. And don’t even think about making it to the bridge before he can catch you. They have full permission to cross over into Texas.
