This trap is when you are going North on 45 and exiting the Elgin/Lockwood/Cullen. There are two exit lanes and the police hid about 50 feet before the exit on the feeder. The exit speed is 35 but most exit at 50. If your in a truck or high SUV you can sometimes see them when your on the overpass in the right lane just before you exit, just look down to the feeder! Every time I see them it is around 11AM.
