Interstate 45 South near Between 610 Loop and Sam Houston Tollway
Between 5:00am and 7:00am I have observed anywhere from 4 to 8 cruisers patroling a five mile stretch of the Interstate. I have observed this situation for almost a solid year. General one officer mans the laser and sends another to do the traffic stop.
