Interstate 45 South near Gulf Bank Road
Coming down I-45 S the road goes into a little hill and once you get down the hill, the next exit is Gulf Bank and theres usually an HPD officer sitting on the shoulder apparently radaring people as they go by. He sits on the left hand side, hidden by shadows. It was around 2 am at the time, and I have been tagged by him twice.
