Interstate 465 near Madison Avenue
At approximately mile marker 1.5. State police park under the Madison Avenue bridge over 465. They will shoot either west or eastbound. Mile marker 1.5 is approximately 1/2 mile east of the US 31/East Street interchange with 465 (not to be confused with US 31 interchange on the Northside of Indy).
