Interstate 5
When traveling northbound or southbound on I-5 one must be very careful of Yreka; Yreka is a small town, but has a completely disproportionate number of CHP to citizens. It is almost impossible to pass through Yreka without getting strong Ka radar alerts. I got a ticket for 75 in a 65 and was pulled over by three CHP officers. Observe the speed limit through Yreka; it is one of the deadliest speed traps in Northern California.

Yreka is a small town. If one Yreka police officer or a deputy sheriff or CHP has radar, it will alert your radar detector. So your "disproportionate number of CHP" is ridiculous. You got a citation for speeding 10 mph over the speed limit. That does not make it a speed trap.
