Interstate 5 near Mile Marker 92-96
The police cars and motorcycles are hidden usually in the median, in between the shrubs, under the overpasses hidden by the cement barriers. I have seen a line up as many as 3 cops at a time to get multiple people. Also, unmarked cars with tinted windows that do pacing. The Eugene, Springfield, Oregon State Police are all located in this very area. A recent ticket for this area was $970.00. I-5 is usually 65mph, but in this area it is 55mph.

I'm assuming this is referring to I-5 MP 192-196, as 92 would place it south of Roseburg.
Also, as of last year the speed limit was changed from 55 to 60mph in this area, and as a result there are not nearly as many officers watching this area.
