Northbound I-5 comes off an overpass and descends to the Pocket/Meadowview exit. At several different times during the day, I have seen CHP (both in cars and on motorcycles) parked on the shoulder, aiming their radar back toward the overpass. Because northbound traffic is going downhill at this point, it frequently speeds up well above the 65 mph posted limit. The motorcycles are especially hard to see, not because they hide, but because they get camouflaged by the trees and brown grass at the exit.
