Interstate 540 going into Fayetteville
Going into Fayetteville on I 540 is hilly. Troupers can hide easily and like to catch motorists while they are going downhill.

The whole town is pretty much a speed trap with State police, city, county sheriffs, and even a constable all working radar. 540 is also patrolled by the drug task force and they might be driving a police car from any area small town. If you are out after midnight you stand a good chance of getting stopped for some random reason like full use of lane.
