Interstate 565 Westbound near Exit Number 14
A Huntsville PD vehicle parks on the Hwy 20 overpass and "shoots" the Westbound lanes of I-565. Only the roof and windows of the vehicle can be seen from the interstate. The angles are such that it is very difficult to see the HPD vehicle on the overpass. In the early morning, when the Sun is low, it is nearly impossible to see it. On the exit ramp, out of sight, are 5-6 HPD chase vehicles.
