Not only is this a speed trap; they don't pay attention to their jobs and pull over cars going the speed limit.
635W thru Balch Springs is ticket hell. Someone is always pulled over. Set cruise control to 60, never drive in the left lane and be happy if you don't get pulled over. Most people just pay the fine (which is what they are counting on).
