Interstate 64 East near Jefferson Avenue
On I64 East bound right by the Jefferson Avenue exit, the traffic gets backed up and people tend to try to jump in line and drive between the post barricade to get to the second exit. When coming home from work, I always see a State Police car stopping someone on the emergency lane.

What they need to do is make the exit ramp for the 1st exit into 2 or 3 lanes, and have one go directly to Walmart so people stop cutting across all 3 lanes at once and also so it doesn't backup as much since there is a light right there.
