Interstate 64 near overpass
just a mile or so after the bridge there’s a gap between the two sides of the interstate immediately after an overpass before the HOV lane begins. a state trooper likes to hang out there. a good way to observe both sides of the interstate. speed limit 55 MPH

There's only about a dozen overpasses on 64 going through Hampton. I think he's talking about 64 on the North end of town just past the Jefferson St. exit, not there every day, but definately a trooper hangout.
