Driving East into Fayetteville on Interstate 64, the speed limit drops from 65 then to 60 then to 50. The 50 mph speed limit sign is at the bottom of a steep hill. As you crest over the hill, there is often a State trooper on the other side. Most folks haven’t slowed down all the way from 65 to 50. I have seen the trooper simply turn on his lights as people crest the hill, and not even have to chase a vehicle!
