Going to Chesapeake area / va beachfrom Norfolk, Hampton, Newport News, etc > After Tidewater Drive, Around The turn, don’t look right, keep eyes on right median, State Police sit right there, and supposedly clock you coming around the corner! 75/55 Wreckless Driving, Be careful, ALSO > AFTER 264 EXITS, LOOK ON LEFT, after you go over bridge

Definitely is a common area for troopers to sit. It's right after the HOV entrance (if going eastbound) and right where the highway splits out into 4 or so lanes. It's right around a curve and oncoming traffic's view of this median/middle area is obscured by the roadway/HOV bridge/ramp.
