Interstate 664 near Mile Marker 1 thru 5
The State Police are using various unmarked vehicles(black Ford F150 with camper, silver Dodge Charger, green Chevy Tahoe) as well as standard cruisers. Also you must watch out for Neport News and Hampton Police.
