Where the ramp from 481 South and 690 West merge, there is a U-turn spot where an East Syracuse cop likes to sit with his lights off, and wait for speeders. You see, the speed limit on 481 is 65, and the speed limit on 690 is 55.
I usually see them at 0100hrs, and they usually have someone pulled over.
