Night vision goggles! Can you believe it? Taken from The WASHINGTON TIMES june 3rd issue (page B3) Maryland State Troopers are now using night vision goggles to check on drivers who would otherwise go undetected at night. On the night of May 31st, Troopers issued 111 tickets for non seat belt usage with the aid of night vision goggles. What’s next?
