Interstate 70
I-70 east bound either @ Genesee overpass or @ Lookout Mountain overpass. Usually state patrol. Usually involves 2 cars. 1 on the overpass and 1 already staged on the ramp to 1-70 eastbound. Speed limit drops from 65 to 55 mph pretty fast, thats when you’ll see them.
