Interstate 70 between mile markers 127 & 128
WaKeeney Police Department Officers will sit between 127 and 128 exits on I-70 and run radar. City Police Officers have a very small section of I-70 at the 127 exit that is in their jurisdiction. If stopped and ticketed by City Police Officer on I-70 in WaKeeney, make sure they are in their jurisdiction. They have stopped vehicles as far as the 120 and 135 exits, which is outside of their jurisdiction. Be careful in WaKeeney.
