Highway Patrol per local paper (4-11) considers this stretch of I-70 a high-crash area and will target aggressive driving, high speed, lane change w/o signaling and caution and following too closely. No warnings, will write tickets.

there is no law about following too close.the only thing they can issue is uninsured clear distance.
