Yes, be careful on 71, because 70 mph does not qualify as a "trap," and is a reasonable limit. And the idiots who travel at 70+ mph on someone's bumper are really, really in need of additional driver instruction. Everyday, the majority of drivers on this stretch are moving at these speeds, less than an eye-blink's distance behind the vehicle in front of them, 5-15 car "trains" of bad drivers, advertising the fact of how poorly they drive, and/or how little they think.
