Interstate 74 &474
Around 3 p.m. coming into east into peoria on 74 there is usually troopers in a "no u turn" area just prior to the 474 bypass. 474 eastbound proir to exit 6 is commonly flanked by rolling/sitting officers. Even though I have never been stopped, (lucky) I see them daily.
