Interstate 74 East near Exit Number 96
Patrol car sits hidden behind concrete wall(only lights on top of car will show when you get close enough) of the entrance ramp from Main Street just prior to the Washington Street exit. They hit you with Radar as you are moving away from them. Do the speed limit when traveling through East Peoria on Interstate 74 or else.
