Be careful driving through this town. I have not been pulled over in 12+ years and they show NO MERCY. I was driving behind a guy that was either intoxicated or texting and on my 3rd attempt to pass him (he would speed up and then slow down when he was next to a car making it impossible to pass him) I went 82 in a 70 only to get away from him and immediately the lights came on in my rear view. It almost seemed like a scheme and that they were working together. I am sure the officer hears excuses at every stop and it was clear he was not the least bit interested in listening to what I had to say. Which was legitimate. So...160.00 later here I am posting this comment. Do not even try to pass drunk drivers or texters or people driving irradically. His advice was "let off the gas and back off for a while". Ugh.
