Interstate 75 S around the Cleveland Avenue exit
The posted speed limit is 55 MPH, well below the common flow of traffic which is normally between 70 to 80 MPH. Many officers (Atlanta P.D.) appear on exit ramps (mainly to the right of traffic) as well as to the left of the HOV lane within this area.
