Interstate 77 near Mile Marker 115
Mile marker 115 I77 north and south bound. He sits in the grass between the gaurdrails of the bridge. Going north bound he has a 1.5 mile straight streach to see you before you see him ! South bound you are just coming down a small grade to enter that straight stretch. You have been busted if you hit the hill too fast!
