Interstate 80 E near Mile Marker 7
On Rt80E, a state trooper sits on a grassy ramp on the right-hand side just before mile marker 7.0. It is impossible to see him as he is above the level of the highway, and shoots down the ramp using laser. Traffic generally does 75-80 in this 65 zone.
