Interstate 80 near Exit Number 313
Less than a mile stretch just before exit 313, toward the end of a mountain downgrade, goes from 75 to 65 (for less than a mile), then back to 75.

This is definitely a trap, and the cops love to nail out-of-staters (like me!). Coming downgrade after miles of driving at 75 and then having to make an abrupt change to 65 is guaranteed to play with your mind, but be advised the cops are there and they're handing out tickets by the bucketfull!
