Interstate 80 near State Highway 1 a.k.a. Dodge St.
On the Wed, or Thurs, before Thanksgiving weekend, Memorial day weekend, and some large Holidays and occasionally last weekends of the month. There will be a speed trap set up on the Dodge Street overpass over Interstate 80. When they do choose to do this it seems to be just for 1, sometimes 2 days. They have 1 person standing on the bridge with a radar and up to 15 cops operating the trap.

Iowa rural Interstate speed limit is 70 mph, but it drops down to 65 mph through Iowa City not too far from where the speed trap is set up, and it's usually set up to trap west bound on I-80.
