South bound with all high speed weaving truck traffic was not able to see speed change from 70 to 60 mph. Out of state driver citation issued.

I am a retired trucker and used to travel through that area every single night. Right before the Cloverdale Rd exit going southbound, the speed limit drops from 70 to 60 very quickly. Both state troopers and Botetourt County deputies hide in the median right after the "60 mph" sign - just waiting to give you a friendly reminder that you forgot to slow down.
