Interstate 81 near Exit Number 43
This should be listed under Watertown, even though it is just South of the town line. At Exit 43 (Kellogg Hill), on the Northbound (toward Watertown) entrance ramp, there is always a statie on speed patrol. This trap seems to be manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is rare to see this onramp empty, there is almost always a statie there on speed patrol. The way the ramp is angled, you can’t see the cop (if you’re headed North) until you are right beside him.

I go up 81N every Friday from April to October to my cottage. If he is not there I'll find him a few miles up the road writing a ticket or elsewhere at an accident or dinner. I was daydreaming a couple of years ago and got nailed for 88. It's never more than a two pointer as they write so many tickets they'd have to live in court. The Town of Watertown makes a good bit of revenue off the spot.
