Just past Tully there is a grassy driveway that goes up a hill off 81N. The State Troopers will pull up that driveway and around to the other side and sit. If you are looking for them you can barely see the lights on the top of the car otherwise you go speeding by and don’t even see them. I’ve seen them there alot in the mornings when I am on my way to work and have also seen them there in the afternoon when I am heading home.
