Interstate 82 near Thrall Road
Usually at the base of the hill northbound just after Thrall Rd. exit, about 1 mile before the I-90 intersection. Very prevelant at night, esp. with light traffic.

First, I-82 does NOT run north and south. It goes east to west. What may feel like northbound is actually westbound.
Second, I've driven that highway MANY times, day and night, and don't recall ever seeing a cop near Thrall Road. Occasionally, very infrequently, they may be hiding in one of the U-turn places between Yakima and Ellensburg.
