State trooper is waiting in median just behind a bridge. You cannot see the trooper until after you have crossed the bridge and it is too late.

It is not a speed trap unless the speed limit is dropped suddenly without warning. A cop sitting at the bridge waiting for you to drive by above the posted speed limit is called "doing your job"
