Interstate 86 eastbound near Exit Number 30
speed limit is 65 state limit. In this work zone, the speed trap of 55 is a mile BEFORE the work zone. I was ticketed on a Sunday, no workers present.

Check the NYS V&T Law. A work zone is a work zone whether workers are present or not. The work zone speed limit still stands.
