coming around a sharp turn in the Highway going downhill right before an exit. Cop sat in the middle of the road at dusk with his headlights on facing me. He "VISUALLY ESTIMATED MY SPEED" what b.s then he claims he verified on Radar which was b.s as well because I asked him and he said it was K band and I have a PASSPORT radar detector which is one of the best.
Cop didnt even write me up for speeding, said he’d "cut me a break" but they dont issue fines on the road, i had to mail it to a judge. He wrote me up for "failure to obey a traffic control device" and its a $205 ticket!
