Interstate 87 near Bridge
NY State Troopers wait on the north side of the Twin Bridges to catch southbound traffic in the 55 MPH limit. They hap hazzardly pull into the highest speed traffic (hammer lane) and pull people over near or over the bridge. BIG WASTE OF TAXPAYER MONEY, TROOPERS TIME, and motor vehicle operators patience.
