Interstate 87 southbound near Exit Number Crossgates mall
just as you pass the crossgates mall exit. just about at the end of the higway as you come to rte 20. there is a big patch of open grass and dirt on the left side. the State troopers will sit right there. out of his car with the gun on traffic. the speed limit is 45 mph just after you cross over the I-90 interchange. The last time i saw them was the Friday of memorial day weekend.
