Interstate 88 near Interstate 88
Between Duanesburg and Rotterdam (last two exits before intersting NYS Thruway I-90 at that juncture) they tend to sit in the crossover at the end of the stand of trees after the sweeping right hand curve after the Duanesburg exit. Usually trolling for eastbound traffic before they get onto the Thruway. I back off from my typical 80 to below 70 as I approach this crossover. I travel in 4-6p slot most of the time but they can be there whenever as Duanesburg has a NYS Trooper station.
