Interstate 89 near Exit Number 15
This trap is located right at the Winooski bridge before exit and after entrance on to the ramps at Winooski. Usually state or unmarked or DMV vehicles sit at the pull offs between traffic just after and before the bridge. Speed is only 50mph but they will stop for any reason if it’s a slow day/night.
