Interstate 90
On the west side of Syracuse right by the park for Onandoga Lake there is a turn around. It’s after the 690 exit. From either direction you are in danger. In the winter there are snow banks that make it even harder to see them. It is a really nasty trap, I have seen them pull over a lot of people.
