Interstate 90 near Exit Number 115
The WSP hangs out alot in the median between Exit 115 to Kittitas and west towards Ellensburg, just before the I-82 East exit to Yakima. I’ve seen them day and night and they use air patrols when the weather permits, especially in the summer. Many times there will be 2 WSP’s, one ready to go either way. I was nailed once but they let me go.
