A State Patrol sits on top of the bridge, barily visible unless someone is very cautious. Using low power laser, he picks off people in the southbound lanes of the construction zone. Be very careful. This is this is the same spot as the listing for I-90 and Avalon Rd it was changed to 351 after the HWY 11 bypass was completed.
