Interstate 90 near western high rise
mid-morning weekdays, after the rush hour (as speeds pick up), as you approach the western high rise (Mt. Baker tunnel). WSP motorcylists (often working in a pair) simply point you over to the side. Will often give you a warning at under 69 (limit=60) but go 70 or more, and you earn a ticket 🙁
