Interstate 91 near Exit Number 19
Northbound 91 just slightly past exit 19 the road curves to the right in a gradual arc. The state police regularly sit on the right shoulder in both marked and unmarked cars. The officer who stopped me did so justfiably (80 in a 65 zone). Due to certain circumstances I got away with only a warning. I was very lucky. If you go over 65 in this area you might not be so lucky.
