Interstate 94 near Indiana toll booth on the Skyway to the DanRyan
as you are going north from Indiana into Chicago, you go on the skyway which is VERY high up and then come down about 3 miles into the toll booth. There is a cop behind anbuilding with his lights off clocking you as you come down the Skyway. He is totally hidden and you wont be able to see him at night even if you pass by him because he is behind a low building
