Wow! This FHP officer must have a strong bladder to sit there this long! I travel from the US17 exit to GA almost every day and never see FHP other than the agriculture inspection station officers checking trailers. The FHP is always at the Fl Welcome Station for security reasons just south of the US17 exit.
If you're driving a large enclosed turck, a rental truck or hauling an enclosed cargo trailer going NORTH or SOUTH on I-95 on the FL side of the FL/GA line you better stop at the Agriculture Inspection Station or it will cost you around $180 if they decide to chase you down! The inspectors rarely inspect but they're "not amused" if you ignore them.
